I’ve just had a helpful email from the Orchid people (who I’m running for) and they’ve given me some interesting information.
Firstly, if you want to cheer me on, why not do so at the official Orchid Cheering Spot? They will be having a cheering spot for all Orchid runners between miles 6 and 7. Friends and family coming to watch can go along to the cheering point, and they’ll have banners and noise makers for you all at the ready!
Secondly, after the race there will be a get together for all Orchid runners from 12-3pm at the Grenadier Pub on Wilton Row, just a short walk from the finish line at Hyde Park. I’d love to see you all there to celebrate the run finishing so please do come along! I’m hoping (and assuming) that’s where most of the IPC bunch will be.

You haven’t mentioned when this will happen but unlikely I’ll be on Queen land, I’ll cheer from here!
